Aritao-Baguio Road

We are planning a road trip to Banaue-Baguio on April 9-11. Due to the limited time, instead of passing through Bontoc-Sagada, we are thinking of going down to Aritao from Banaue then on to Baguio.

Based on my initial research, the road is already passable and will take only 6 hours travel between Banaue and Baguio. However, I can't find information on the "actual" condition of the road. Is it concrete? Is it wide enough to accommodate 2-way traffic? Is it steep? Are the turns sharp?

I would appreciate any information on this road. Thanks.
