Villa 2b tiene dos habitaciones con dos camas individuales, una de ellas con baño privado. Hay un segundo baño / inodoro, y ambos fueron completamente reacondicionados. Cunas se pueden agregar si es necesario. Las habitaciones son amplias y luminosas con generoso espacio de almacenamiento.

La cocina está totalmente equipada e incluye cocina, vitrocerámica, nevera / congelador, microondas y toda la vajilla y los utensilios que necesitará durante su estancia. También hay una lavadora en un cuarto de servicio exterior.

Villa 2b has two, twin bedded rooms, one of which is en-suite. There is a second toilet/bathroom, and both were completely re-fitted in . Cots can be added if needed. The rooms are light and airy with generous storage space.

The kitchen is fully fitted and includes cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and all the crockery and utensils you will need during your stay. There is also a washing machine in an outside utility room.

The lounge/diner has two twin sofas and dining table to seat four in comfort. There is satellite TV and a portable hi fi. For added warmth in the winter months, there is also a log burner. Logs are ordered from the Quinta office and are charged separately as is electricity from October to March only.

Villa 2b has the largest side terrace at the Quinta complete with BBQ. Over the authentic built in dining area, is a terracotta roof tile sunshade constructed in . There are sun loungers, parasols and further dining tables and chairs. There is also a large roof terrace with BBQ that has dramatic views over the sea and countryside.
