The Villa is situated in the quiet residential area of Boa Vista (Portuguese for good view)in an elevated position looking across to the Algarvian hills towards Monchique and is about a mile inland from Carvoiero town and the main beach. It is the same distance from the regional capital of Lagoa and the N125 road making for easy travel to all parts of the Algarve. The drive from Faro airport is 35 miles taking about 45 minutes

There is a small walled garden with private swimming pool 20ft.xl0ft and depth from 4ft. to 7ft.

At the side is a Portuguese style brick barbecue and bread oven with outside dining area by the back
