To the back is a terrace with barbecue area with direct access to the kitchen. Access to the pool is also available from the sitting room, where there is a small balcony with steps leading down to the pool. The swimming pool has 6 sun loungers and there is a table with 6 chairs for eating outside with a sun-umbrella. The villa is not suitable for wheelchairs.
